How we handle your data, our terms of use and our modern slavery statement.
Freight Talent ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This policy explains what we collect, why and your rights.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in providing recruitment services. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We never send a candidate's CV or details to an employer without the candidate's agreement. When we put a driver forward for a temporary assignment we share only what the hirer needs to confirm the booking — name, licence categories and relevant qualifications. Website forms are delivered to us by email through the FormSubmit form-handling service and copied to our secure recruitment system. We do not sell your data.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, after which it is securely deleted.
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email hello@freighttalent.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
